appointments cancelled

Hi,
I thought everything is working great, I am able to set appointment with confirmation emails etc. but not while I am working on other things, I received emails that my appointments have been cancelled. I am not sure how come because as admin, i confirmed and as a student, I saw it displayed in my history of appointments as confirmed. So how come it got cancelled. I as admin did not cancel anything. I mean is this a bug? or did I miss to set up something for this to happen? pls let me know. thanks
