• I have a confirmed appointment from 17:00 to 17:30 confirmed but it is still available on the calendar. What am I doing wrong?

    Busy slots are calculated by same: Worker,Location and Service.

    Service Duration 30 slot step 30.

    Kindly confirm in the Easy Appointments settings what value you have set for the service. Is it set to 1 or more than that?

    Kindly go to Connections, check the option “Number of slots”, set it to 1, and save the changes.

    If number of slots=1 it means it is blocked all day!
