Appointment for equipment

    I currently have 2 aircraft available to 6 instructors. Is there a way to schedule the appointments based off of the aircraft and instructor availability? Both need to be available in order to book the appointment. If either are booked or unavailable, it will not allow the appointment to be available.

    Hi @refrivera,

    Thanks for posting your question! The premium version has some location add-ons that can facilitate that, but I’m afraid it wouldn’t be possible with this free version, not without custom code.

    That snippet is specifically for limiting the number of appointments that can be booked within a month, but the hook it uses can be used to limit bookings for other things as well.
