Application Submission instructions don’t obey HTML

    Hi,

    So I purchased the How To Apply addon, and I’m trying to add instructions, but they aren’t obeying HTML. They look correct in the editor, but once I view the job page, it doesn’t obey any of the HTML. There are no line breaks or anything shown, even though they show up in the editor. Why is it not obeying the HTML I’m setting up?

    Thanks for being in touch with us.

    Matter of fact, we have tested at our end, the HTML is working perfectly fine, what can you do to just switch the “Visual” of your editor to “Text” then add the HTML which will apply properly.

    If still, it doesn’t work then most probably the issue is being caused due to conflict with one of your plugin or theme with the Simple Job Board.

    We would recommend that you try debugging the issue at your end, please deactivate the plugins one by one and check which of them is conflicting. We recommend taking help from an expert WP developer to debug this for you.

    Hi kashifrai,

    We have already debugged on the rest of my plugins. It’s definitely the How To Apply addon. I have already switched into the text editor and applied HTML manually, which also didn’t work. The <p> tags work just fine, but the <br /> or <br> tags aren’t being registered in the text.
