Application password not visible

In Wordfence > All Options > Brute Force Protection > “Disable WordPress application passwords” is deactivated.
Wordfence > Firewall > All Firewall Options > Allowlisted URLs, I added
/wp-json/wp/v2/*.However, in my user profile settings, there is no Application Passwords settings.
Help appreciated.
