I would highly recommend archiving anything older than a year.
The Pagination has been corrected and is going through testing.
I can tell you that if your comment regarding 14K applications or Jobs is correct I hope you are making DB backups ?
This may also prove a detriment when updating.
They have aquired this many apps in less than a year…..
And yes, we have backups.
So, is this something that is to be planned? Set applications to show per page like the job listings? The pagination option under display settings.

Pagination for Jobs was fixed in version 7.21.
Its established via short-codes in Display Settings.
The default Job list template shows pagination if you enable it by setting your Jobs per page
The number of jobs to display per page in the main and category jobs lists. For no limit, set this to 0.
Pagination for Applications is in the que for a future release.
