1. You need some coding to accomplish this task. I am working on making different part of the plugins dynamic including this one.
2. You can achieve this by adding some styling rules in your theme’s style sheet. For example:
.aol_app_form textarea{
width:100%;
resize: none;
}

Thank you for your prompt response. I look forward to seeing the updated plugin that will allow us to have some options with the “attach” option to the application.
I attempted to put in the rule that you had posted above into my theme’s style sheet but nothing seemed to change. Is there a specific spot I am suppose to put it on the style sheet?

By default, all fields of the application are full width, if it is not full width at your site, then theme’s styling rules are influencing it. Please share URL of your site so i will give you exact styling rule to fix your problem.

Dear Farhan,
Please could you advice, I have two sites running the plug in but one of the site is not able to load the ads page.
The only difference is that the site which will not load the ads was a close wordpress installation but with different instance from another host.
Can you tell if there are restrictions when running the plugin with same email on multiple sites?, also any known issues on clone database instance?
Any comment would be highly appreciated.

Try saving permalink by going to Settings/Permalink/Save Permalink.

This actually did fix the error, it is a surprise because i was looking for a save option instead of just clicking on the save after visiting the permalinks as you indicated above.
It is a great package, very efficient and simple to use. when will the updates you have talked about coming?
Please, regarding the number of items, i.e. fields, are there a max limit also, can I change file upload limit?

Next update is schedule In next week. There is no max limit for number of fields. You can create as much fields for an application as much you want. File upload limit is static right now, but will be dynamic/controllable soon.

Customizing label/title of the attachment is schedule in the upcoming update, but attaching multiple files need more development hours, I am afraid i would not be able to add this functionality in the scheduled update.
