I have seen several posts on here with the same issue, but there is no solid answer. So apologies if this is rehashing something old. I read through them and have tried various things.

I have disabled all plugins that have an impact on JS. (autoptimize, optimole, wp fastest cache & divi)

I have had a look on my stripe account the domain there is without the www, which is where my website redirects too.

But I can only ever see the apple pay button in private browsing (iphone & macbook).

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey there!

That is a strange one for sure.

Good idea to start with the plugins changing JS.

This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
