I’ve setup Braintree Apple Pay on a client site (https://www.lancastrianjewellers.com/) and I can’t seem to see any pay with apple pay buttons.

Checked with Braintree they said everything on the account side is setup.

Within the Braintree plugin I’ve checked the production API keys and it can successfully connect. The domain verification file is in for Apple Pay to work.

Could there be some checkout plugins clashing? We use a multi currency switcher, as well as deposits as well as product addons.

The client originally was using SagePay for all the purchased in tandem with PayPal, however with the addition of Apple Pay they registered for Braintree and that’s all we’re using from the Braintree plugin.

I can see on the body a class has been added ‘wc-braintree-body’ so I think it’s on the right lines.

    Any ideas?

    Hi @ryanhelmn,

Thank you for contacting us. I reviewed your checkout page and I can see that the Apple Pay gateway is not being loaded. That tells me you need to register the gateway with your currency switcher.

Some currency switcher plugins require you to register the gateway in the switcher settings so it knows the gateway supports multiple currencies. You should be able to navigate to your switcher settings and add the Apple Pay gateway to the list of available gateways.

I also noticed you have a JS error on your checkout page related to your reCAPTCHA plugin.

Uncaught Error: reCAPTCHA has already been rendered in this element.

    Kind Regards,

@mrclayton You sir are quite possibly an absolutely genius. Didn’t even think about the multi currency! Registering it in there solved my issue.

With regards to the Google Recaptcha, that I’ll also have to look into.

    Thanks
    Ryan
