I have recently installed woo commerce and added the stripe integration. Stripe shows that my domain is verified and i have enabled the payment buttons to be displayed in woo commerce payment settings. I have tried on mac os and ios but cannot see the apple pay logo displayed, i have tried on the 2019 theme too with no success.

  • Same here, been struggling with that for days.

@joaopegb & @mhoward90 – if you both are still seeing this issue, can you try conflict testing to ensure that the issue isn’t related to any other plugin or theme?

The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

In my case the main reason for not being displayed was related to the location of my store in woocommerce settings. It was set to the first default country on the list and probably its not supported by stripe.

Thanks for following up @joaopegb! This will be helpful for future stores that see the same issue.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
