I’ve deactivated all the plugins and that didn’t work. I re-installed wordpress. That didn’t work. I changed themes. That didn’t work either. : |
Have you tried disabling all active plugins to see if this rectifies the issue?
Are you using the Circumfrence Lite theme? You should try asking in the dedicated support forums for this theme too, the theme author(s) may be able to help you out.
If you’re using the premium Circumfrence theme then you should be requesting assistance from their dedicated premium support forum, as per the Forum Welcome.

Ok, so now I completely deleted all WP files, themes, plugins, etc. Then I reinstalled with Hostgators one click install. I uploaded one theme, and no plugins. No plugins are activated. Still doing it. WTH?
With that in mind, have you tried installing WordPress manually? It doesn’t take long and is documented well.
