  • In your wp-content/themes folder are there any themes? There should be a least one and that is what the editor is looking for.

    Hi @fhassan,

Please clarify for me, are you able to get into the editor page?

If you are able to reach the editor and the files from your theme are not working then you may have a broken theme file. Can you isolate the problem to just a few specific theme files?

If the editor page is not loading then you may wish to backup your site and reinstall your version of WordPress by going to the Dashboard > Updates and clicking Re-install Now. Note: be sure to make a backup with one of the many popular backup plugins found in the plugin repo Also, make sure you have a reliable connection to the internet when performing a reinstall.

The reason why I mention reinstalling the core WordPress files is that the editor comes packaged with them, and if the files are corrupted you may be seeing this 404 page.

    Awaiting your reply,
    Chris
