  • Hello @dswebnew,

    Thank you for reaching out,

I fully examined the issue you raised in this topic but was unable to replicate it on my end.
So far, no similar issues have been reported by other users either.

Please refer to the attached images at the following link: https://postimg.cc/gallery/5Nh1tNQ.

For troubleshooting, you can perform a basic conflict test to determine whether the issue is related to our theme or one of your plugins. To do this, deactivate all other plugins, then reactivate them one by one and check whether the issue occurs. Continue this process until you identify the product that is causing the conflict with our product.

The issue could also be related to caching. If you have any caching plugins or server-side caching enabled, such as CDN, browser cache, or cookies, please clear the relevant cache or temporarily disable it to see whether the changes take effect. If you have Elementor, please make sure to regenerate the CSS and data by going to Elementor > Editor > Tools and clicking the “Clear Files & Data” button. Finally, perform a hard refresh of your browser and check the issue again.

Please recheck your issue and keep us posted.

    I hope it helps,
    Best Regards
