App Submission not working

    Good Morning,

    When submitting a test attachment the loading is taking longer than usual. The loading eventually hangs and the page shows up as “502 Bad Gateway
    The server returned an invalid or incomplete response”. The last app submission I received was November of last year. I disabled all plugins and tried to submit with no luck. I have not done any major customization to site either recently.

    Can you assist?

    Hi @cpangilinan,

    We have submitted the test job on the page you shared and they get submitted within a short period, it seems like it is some issue on your domain host server. if you are still facing the issue kindly ask your host provider to increase these PHP configuration options in php.ini file

    – max_execution_time
    – post_max_size
    – upload_max_filesize
