It could be that page has content that you mobile device doesn’t know what to do with.
It would also be helpful to know what mobile device you’re having this problem with.

It happens on pretty much any page I visit from Samsung Android smartphone. I guess it could be related to ads, but I have set them to display on page and not as pop ups.

I have no idea. Where was that? It could be connected.
It’s appearing in your sidebar, under the search widget.
I only see the ads that are meant to be there. They’re random, so maybe a dodgy one got through to you.
I’ve been going through the ad sites I use and disabling anything that looks like a ‘mobile ad’ or a redirect of some kind, but the floating ad and the redirects to Play Store are still happening.
