Is the issue on all Settings pages, or just the Main tab?

Would you mind turning on WordPress’ Debug option to check to see if there are any errors listed?

You just need to add the following line to your wp-config.php file:

define('WP_DEBUG', true);

The following will turn it off again.

define('WP_DEBUG', false);
