App Restricted for FB Policy Violation

    Facebook: We’ve restricted this app for violating the Facebook Platform Policies.
    During testing (attempting to log-in using Facebook) I’m notified that the redirect URL is invalid. (Note: It’s worked fine for years so not sure what’s going on?)

    I see the message – “URL blocked: This redirect failed because the redirect URI is not white-listed in the app’s client OAuth settings. Make sure that the client and web OAuth logins are on and add all your app domains as valid OAuth redirect URIs.”, when trying Facebook login at your website.
    If you have not changed the URLs you saved earlier and if the URL of your website also hasn’t changed, you would like to login to your Facebook developer account and check if you see any notification (something like mentioned at the link https://wordpress.org/support/topic/facebook-app-review-required-by-august-1-2018-5/) there and if you need to take any actions to get the app working again.
