    Hello. I can’t connect to api.wordpress.org:

    curl: (7) Failed connect to api.wordpress.org:443; Connection timed out

    # dig +short api.wordpress.org
    198.143.164.251

    Ip address of servers with this problem:
    178.172.163.3
    178.172.163.104

    How to delist block for this server ips?
