API key woes

I accidently put in the wrong key for the stats plugin on my wordpress install, using a key that is meant for another website. This means that my new blog is registered to this other user, and there is no option in that user’s profile to unregister that blog.

Since I can’t email wordpress support about this (they only support wp hosted blogs) I was wondering if anybody knew of a way I could remove this blog from the other user’s profile so that I can register it to this account?
