Hi,

New to Wordfence and wanted to know if I can use the one API key for a multi site install? Does that cover all my sub-sites?

You just need one key for a multisite install.

FYI…

Not sure why but I searched for multi, multisite and multi-site without getting any hits. You may want to fix that.
