    There was an error generating the PDF file.
    Your server wasn't able to upload PDF file: Could not resolve host: PDF API
    

    Your website seems down as well.

    There are no known issues.

    Did you renew the plugin subscription?

    What is the expiration date on the plugin’s EXPORT tab?

    What is the purchase
    order number?

    I have exact the same issue. My valid date says: It is valid until 01/01/1970

    The website is also down.

    It appears we did experience a server outage, the server is now responding as expected and we are investigating the outage through our hosting provider.

    We will update this thread with the cause as soon as possible.

    We are experiencing the same problem when trying to create pdf files online.

    We did also note that you current site https://www.formidablepro2pdf.com/ is down.

    Yes, issue seems to be there again. Your server are down

    I’m also having the same issue, it appear to be a server issue.

    It’s a kind of pingserver on the website (to verificate the serialnumber) i think, 10 days ago we had the same problem! The problem was then quickly resolved. It takes a long time now!

    Unfortunately, the service went down 10 mins after we went offline for the night. Our service provider has now been notified and they are working on the issue. We expect the service to be back up in the next few minutes.

    Our apologies, we will be working closely with our provider to determine what needs to be done to avoid any further outages.
