Apache vs IIS issue

Hi all,

I’ve been developing a site for a client using WAMP. Everything of course is going smoothly. However I’ve now been told that my client’s server is set up with IIS, not Apache.

When I port the site over, are there any major issues other than the ones listed here that I need to worry about? The server admin has told me that PHP5 is installed as well as IIS7 Mod-Rewrite.

A little worried about this, any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
