Any support for the free version?

    Hi first let me say I’m just wondering why? I’m not ragging anybody!

    I was pretty excited after reading the plugin description “I thought I found was I was searching for” It seems to offer some very valuable features. My only concern is that I see no help whatsoever from support, if I not mistaking two support questions have been resolved in I think 9 months and that was from other members.

    I understand this is a free version but I always repeat always purchase the pro-version probably over 65% of the time after trying the free version through one update cycle.

    I have purchased either 22 or 23 plugins and or themes this year. This would of been number 24 had I seen some help from support, I’m not seeking help just a quality plugin that does offer support. I’ll check back in a few months to see if things have changed because I really do like the sounds of this plugin, offers some great features from based on the description.

    All support is done in the forum for the core plugin, which you might have noticed had you read the sticky thread at the top of this forum.

    You’ll find the plugin is rather well supported, with no regard for whether you’ve paid or not.

    Yes I read your sticky post but failed to see a link or anything pointing me in the direction of a support forum. So I again reviewed the description, developers, Changelog, FAQ, Installation, Other Notes pages for this plugin but still no cookie.
    Next I turned to google using EWWW Image Optimizer Cloud support as keywords still nothing but a few links back to this thread. However on the bottom of the first page I did find this site http://ewww.io/plans/, but I still could not find this support thread your referring to. The only tabs listed on the menu was Home, Pricing Plan, Translate, Blog, Server Status. I truly thought I might find a link posted on your sticky note or quite possibly the front page description, but hey who am I? I was only trying to find a functioning plugin that offered decent support before purchasing the pro version. Needless to say I did finally find it but thanks for your swift response.
