Hey there, @dtco6971! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.
Do you mind sharing more details about the issues you are facing?
- When did the store stop working?
- Can you provide more information on what exactly you are seeing? If a screenshot would be helpful, I recommend using https://snipboard.io. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.
Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:
- System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
- Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.
Looking forward to your reply.
Have a wonderful day!
Hi there, thanks for the reply.
Just to be clear, I’m not sure it’s an issue with the plugin, but Facebook stores.
So when I create a product I get the,
“Facebook for WooCommerce
Created product xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx on Facebook.”
When I click to go check the product over on Facebook, it takes me to a page with a padlock and says,
“This content isn’t available at the moment
When this happens, it’s usually because the owner only shared it with a small group of people or changed who can see it, or it’s been deleted.”
I cannot see what my products look like in the Facebook store
Hi @dtco6971,
I understand that you are using the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin, and you are having trouble viewing your products on Facebook in the UK. There are a few possible reasons why you might not be able to see your products on Facebook:
- Your products may not have been approved by Facebook yet. This can take up to 24 hours after you create or update a product. You can check the status of your products in the WooCommerce dashboard, under Marketing > Facebook > Product sync. If your products are still pending approval, please wait for a while and try again later.
- Your products may not comply with Facebook’s commerce policies. Facebook has some rules and guidelines for what products can be sold on their platform. You can review the policies here.
- Your products may not be visible to your target audience. Facebook allows you to control who can see your products based on their location, age, gender, and interests. You can use the Audience Network tool to test how your products appear to different audiences.
If none of the above solutions work for you, please let us know and we’ll be happy to investigate further.
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
