    Hi!

I was wondering if there was any plugin or code that allowed me to block a certain state from viewing my website?

For example if i’m in Miami, i’d like the website to be blocked in Miami only and have other places be able to see the website perfectly!

I need a code or plugin asap!
    Thank you so much!

Here’s a plugin that claims to be able to block specific locations:

Just a note: Miami is a city, not a state.

Yeah i just realized my mistake sorry about that,

But the plugin above isn’t working for me, is there any script or code i’d be able to insert in the configuration of my website that could make people in Miami not be able to get into the website?

Well, probably, but that’s custom work that’s likely beyond the scope of these support forums. You might try http://jobs.wordpress.net/, https://jetpack.pro/ or https://codeable.io/.

The correct answer is no. ip addresses today are not location specific, especially with a push to ipv6. You could use a geo location by ip provider’s API, but again, it’s not meant to be used to block users, but to help push location specific content as needed.
