Any interesting newsletter plugin?

I’ve seen many widget plugin that takes email address – but I’m looking now for something that really catches the eye, it needs to :

1. Attract signup of newsletter (widget, better if also support page)
2. manage and send email to the list of suscription

Are there any single plugin that could do this? Don’t mind having two plugin, just prefer siplicity.
