Annual package without testing

I completely understand the concern, especially if you need the migration urgently for a client project.

First, please note that this WordPress.org support forum is only for the free version of WP STAGING. Under the WordPress.org forum guidelines, we cannot provide support for commercial/Pro features here. For WP STAGING Pro, please contact us directly through the support form on our website.

Regarding your concern: if you purchase WP STAGING Pro and run into a technical problem with the migration, we will help you get the site migrated. Migration issues are exactly the kind of problems our support team can assist with.

If there is a technical issue with WP STAGING that prevents you from completing the job and we are unable to resolve it after working with you, then you can receive a full refund.

What we cannot offer is an unconditional “it didn’t work, refund me” arrangement without first having the opportunity to investigate and help. If something does not work as expected, please contact us, give our support team the opportunity to troubleshoot it with you, and we’ll either help you complete the migration or, if the technical problem cannot be resolved, refund the purchase.

So you won’t be left alone with a client migration that doesn’t work.
