Angsuman’s Authenticated WordPress Password Protection Plugin

    is anyone using the plugin as stated in the above title? its for when you want to make your whole wordpress blog private & enable registration & such. i’ve been using it since i’ve started my wordpress blog & only recently have gotten some trouble with it. for the life of me, i cant figure out why it isnt working anymore. i’ve deactivated all the cuurent plugins & tried activating just the Angsuman’s Authenticated WordPress Password Protected Plugin but it still wont work. my blog’s still out for the public to see. can anyone shed any light on this matter? im thinking its the plugin thats not working at all.

    I’m not sure this plugin is actually compatible with later versions of WordPress, and you might wish to consider other plugins suggested in this thread.

    Have just seen a new plugin called Authenticator on the list of newest WordPress plugins.

    @ mosey: yeah, i understand the plugin i used isnt compatible with the latest version but i managed to edit the code to fix it & it was working ok till recently it stopped working at all. thanks for the new Authenticator link, i’ll try it out right now. 🙂

    @estrelya: Thanks for the feedback. Hopefully you’ll let us know if it works as well as Angsuman’s plugin 🙂
