    Hi guys!

    I have received an order paid by Android Pay (for the first time)

    But on my Stripe Dashboard, there is no name, no billing/delivery address
    which is enable on the plugin settings, to be necessary to fill in
    (physical product to send)

    Maybe it is the same issue with Apple Pay ? (no order yet, by Apple Pay)

    I have contacted Stripe support, here is their answer :

    so as it’s a WordPress plug-in that’s something you would need to check with WordPress with as they would be able to look into this for you. It would be some issue with the plug-in not passing the information to Stripe

    You were right to check it with us to make sure 🙂

    So, I have contacted the customer to send me by email his/her informations to send the order

    Hope for a solution..

    Hi Somaya and thank you for you report.

    I can confirm this issue. We will be working on the fix and it should be released shortly.

    As a temporary solution, you can check customer’s address in your Stripe Dashboard – https://dashboard.stripe.com/payments . Just click the payment you want to get details on and you should see customer’s billing address information (if it was provided during the payment).

    Hi Alex!

    Thank you, I’m sure it won’t be a big deal

    There is no name, no billing address, anywhere on my dashboard Stripe
    Only for this customer espacially, who paid with Android Pay

    Payment is succeeded but no informations from him/her, except the email address

    Normally, the check out process cannot be finalized without name and address informations
    So it is pretty weird…

    Additional Payment Methods addon has been updated to catch shipping address if it’s provided. When new core plugin version is released (should be within few days), it would also be catching billing address as well.

    Hello,

    Today, I have just received a new payment via Android pay, and still no shipping address is provided on my Stripe Dashboard.
    No name, no billing/shipping address, only the email.

    With credit card, no problem. Only Android Pay.

    Just received a payment via Android pay and still no name no address

    I have asked STRIPE, here is their answer :

    I just checked your logs and can see the integration is built by them for this so this is something that would need to be set up on their end. Collecting name and address is optional with Android Pay so they would need to ensure that is set up for you. I can’t see into their integration process on my end. I would suggest waiting for their reply. They will be able to get that set up for you.     Hi Somaya. I have replied to your email since this is not support forum for APM addon, but for core plugin itself.
