anchor not working

Hi. At our page, in the top navigation > Our Approach > ROI Approach links to https://www.insightdesign.com.au/our-approach/#two.

This anchor lives just above “be effective” (below the partial horizontal divide).

However, when you click on the top navigation element above, it takes you to the same place as https://www.insightdesign.com.au/our-approach/#one

This problem did not exist before turning Litespeed Cache on.
