The hyperlink (anchor tag) that leads to wordpress.org from the page at Shameless Plug Time on DGP4SL Blog exhibits behavior more like a push-on/push-off button (click behavior) rather than true hover behavior. I suspect it has something to do with how the hover event is internally expanded into two events.

The problem was that inside paired events (such as mouseover/mouseout) the ending event (mouseout in our example) was removing the wrong Class from the affected Element.

The issue has been fixed in version 1.1.3 released June 26, 2015.
