    Hi
I have had google buy from my shop and test why the analytics source is (direct) / (none) and not the real source (google).

Here is a part of the message. Can you fix it?

In this case, it appears that the plugin (Analytify) you are using is sending Analytics transaction data, however, it appears that it is only able to attribute the transaction to the correct source/medium in very few cases, which is why we see the majority of them being attributed to direct/none. Since Analytify is a third party plugin we can’t really identify why this issue is happening but the correct attribution of the goals indicates that there is no problem with the source/medium being dropped on the website. We would therefore advise you to try to reach out to Analytify to get this checked or use standard implementation to get this issue corrected.

    Hi there,

We have been using standard measurement protocol implementation by Google. Though we are investigating in detail in our plugin but so far there is nothing which we think is altering the source/medium.

Can you ask them to debug our implementation of protocols?
