I want to connect Google Analytics to RankMath, but I have error: Data entry will not work for this service because sufficient permissions have not been granted.

I’m sure it’s the latest version of rankmath, I reconnected it, removed access to rankmath from my gmail account and reconnected again, but it still won’t connect!
    Nothing in error log.

    Hello @vtrn,

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

This issue is related to the permission.

Try reconnecting your Google account. Remove RankMath’s app from your Google apps permissions: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

Then, head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and reconnect the Google service and this time, ensure that all permissions are checked:

    https://i.rankmath.com/i/4EdFaV

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.

I was disappointed that RankMath support gave me a predetermined answer.

Anyway, I had mentioned in my support request, I have done these things.

more information: I am currently using google kit plugin and it connects successfully, In fact, this plugin made the analytics profile of my site.

    Hello @vtrn,

The system info you have shared doesn’t mention that the PRO plugin is installed on the site, while the country section for GA property is only available in the PRO version. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the PRO plugin on your site. If you don’t have a PRO plan, then please remove the PRO plugin from your site.

The issue is with the permissions for your GA property. Please make sure that you are the Administrator of the GA property you have connected with our plugin.

Then please remove Rank Math from your Google account again, reconnect your Google account with our plugin, and make sure that you have allowed all the permissions to fix the issue.

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.

I disabled the pro version for testing
To reduce the possibility of problems.
But the problem was still there!

I checked almost all the options available in ga, everywhere it is mentioned that the account has administrator access
I don’t know what the problem really is.

I’ve been testing this for over a few months now, but I keep getting this error

See the pictures, if there is any need to edit, if there is a particular place you are looking for, let me know and I will do it

    Hello @vtrn,

What country are you located in and in what country is the website you are trying to connect located?

There are some countries under sanctions that would prevent this connection from happening correctly.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

I live in Iran, but the site server is located in Germany
As I said, I connect with the Google Kit plugin without any problems, I don’t think this is problem.
