Analytics Order Report Not Sending

Hi There,

I am attempting to download a report of all our website orders since April 2022 in the analytics section of the site. I get a popup saying ‘your report will be sent to your email’, however nothing is sent.

I have checked account settings and the email fields are all populated with the correct email.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you! 🙂

I have a few suggestions:
1. Kindly confirm if the emails did not land in the trash or spam folder.
2. To check if the emails are sent, please install WP Mail Logging and activate it. You can check if the expected email is sent properly using that.
3. If by any chance the emails are sent but not received in your inbox you can try sending the email using another server, more information here: https://woocommerce.com/document/email-faq
If the issue persists after trying all recommended steps, can you walk me through the exact process you’re following to trigger those emails? Please also send some screenshots if possible.
