    Hi,
I have a problem with the plugin.
If I do an order on my woocommerce and I pay with PayPal the Analytics doesn’t track the order.
What do I need to do to track the order on google analytics?
    Thanks

    Hi @giubilo

Thanks for reaching out to us. WooCommerce Google Analytics requires for the payment gateway to return the user to the Order Received/Thank you page. PayPal Standard and PayPal Checkout are two extensions that do this and have no troubles with tracking data.

You’ll want to confirm that you have an auto-return URL setup in PayPay:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/paypal-standard/#section-7

    I hope this helps.

    Thanks again,

Hi @johndcoy, thank you very much for your reply.
I have configured the return url in paypal website, but it redirect to an error page.
If I write “mywebsite.ext/checkout/order-received/” I receive the error of page not found, but I have that page. It seems that the redirect from paypal doens’t work well.
    what am I doing wrong?
    Thank you

    Hi @giubilo

That’s hard to tell but it could be caused by a plugin or theme conflict. Typically issues like this are caused by a theme or plugin conflict. Try switching back to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen and disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce and Google Analytics for WooCommerce to see if this resolves the issue. If so, then re-enable each one at a time until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
