An unknown errror has occured

    Hi,

    I’m not so good at this stuff and I can’t figure out why this isn’t working.

    The plugin installed but if i test it it doesn’t work and it states an unknown error has occurred.

    Is there something i need to do within my chimp mate account, like change the list settings or something?

    Hi badmadrad,

    It sems like you haven’t set the fields for the form. Click the edit button against your form and add your fields.

    Thanks for the reply.

    Do you mean the edit button against the form in the Chimpmate plugin in the wordpress installation or do you mean within my Mailchimp account?

    Yes, the edit button against the form in the Chimpmate plugin.

    So that area shows the Label (which is ’email address’) and Field (which is also email address). what else would i change that to, to make it work? i thought that should just indicate to the reader where they should put there email address. Cheers again

    sorry for the delay 🙁
    You may not have to change any settings, but after you enter field settings make sure you click OK, and then save the options with Update options button.
