    Hi @hsherazch,

Can you please share your fatal error log(Woocommerce>status>logs>fatal-error)

Hi. Sorry to hijack this post but for some reason, I can’t create a new post, but I have exactly the same problem. Although a much smaller number (about 1500) of entries to import. It successfully imports 10, then I get an unknown error message. The is nothing in either the Woocommerce fatal error log or the host’s error log. And weirdly, I find after the failure, I get logged out of admin and logged in as one of the last imported users! Any ideas?
    Thanks

    Hi @jonthedweeb,

Please share your importing CSV file via support after removing user-sensitive data from it.

Hi @webtoffee – Is that only for premium customers? I only have the free version

    Hi @jonthedweeb,

You can share the file through the same support page itself.
