An Unexpected HTTP Error occurred during the API request.

    Hi guys before i post this problem i try 3 days to fix it and not success
    i use last wordpress 3.3.1 and my problem is that i cant download from api.wordpress plugs/themes
    i read alot articles how to do it and this not resolve my problem
    i did:
    1. i call to my datacenter to ask if they blocking me and they say we not block anything.
    2. i did ping and nslookup to wordpress.org and wordpress.com
    and datacenter check ping and http to this ips and all works
    3.i try change timeout in class-http.php to 30 to 60 and did 0 not helping
    4.i download core control and cURL, PHP Streams , PHP fsockopen works

    what can be more?
