An unexpected error occurred

    I have currently installed wordpress 4.7.1. but whenever I want to install plugin this error comes

    “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.”

    it also tells plugin api is not supported

    what is the solution?

    Sounds like there’s an issue with your server. Have you spoken to your hosts about it?

    There is no issue with hosting. Everything is perfect from the hosting site.

    I just could not load plugin or news from wordpress.org

    example from my dashboard: wordpress news: RSS Error: WP HTTP Error: cURL error 7: Failed to connect to wordpress.org port 80: Connection timed out

    Another one from my dashboard: RSS Error: WP HTTP Error: cURL error 7: Failed to connect to planet.wordpress.org port 443: Connection timed out.
