Howdy Chris,
That is a WordPress wide setting. If you go to WP Admin > Settings > General, you can change to a 24 hour format. Your settings there will affect the calendar and all the rest of WordPress.

Oh I see. Thanks for sharing that image. Very helpful. It looks like your theme has has Theme Overrides for the calendar. Those overrides do not support 24 hour format. Switching themes will actually move those boxes bfrom your screenshot, or perhaps remove them, but all of the remaining ones should support 24 hours formats. But, certainly no one wants you to switch themes. You should contact the theme author and let them know that the are not supporting WP’ 24 hour format in that location. They probably are not even aware of the problem. Once they are aware, it’s quite possible they will provide a fix!
