• Hello,

For a while now, I have been running into issues with getting my AMP URLS indexed by search console. They keep getting flagged as a redirect, Google has validated our URLs but will not index them. I am not sure if my programmer, forced amp redirect on mobile in the headers or if the plugin is forcing the redirect….please help because this has been an on-going issue.

    Hi @bselfors,

Our “AMP for WP” plugin is not forcing any redirects. It seems you’re using the official AMP plugin ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/amp/ ). However, can you share the error message from the Google console? Also, share the screenshots.

    Thank you

That’s the weird thing…no errors are showing up. Just not indexing my pages. Its been like a year! I will reach out to the other plugin support. I think it might have something to do with canonicals overwriting or something…still trying to understand why no indexing…

    Hi @bselfors,

Can you list out the plugins which you’re using? And also for testing purpose, can you install & activate our plugin? and check whether the AMP pages are being indexed or not.

    Hope it helps.

We have custom amp templates, deactivating our plugin would crash the site.
