I truly wish every plug-in was as easy to use and amazing as this one is. Simply choose your design and options, copy the shortcode to your page, and voila!! Definitely 5 Stars for this. Had one small issue and sent in a submission. Within hours I had the full explanation of what I had missed. Highly recommend this plug-in
