wpForo has a German translation PO/MO files. When you change the WordPress language to German these files should be loaded and translate forum UI. However I can’t say if this is complete or well done. You can find all options to translate wpForo in our doc:

My WordPress language is already in German, but the forum is still in english. What could be the problem?
