always use CDN image path on SLAVE server.

    Dear.

    Thanks for the amazing plug-in “wp super cashe” ..

    but I have one problem..

    I publish my blog over 2 servers .. (master & salve)
    The MASTER server contain a copy of the images which sync to the CDN server.

    The SLAVE server doesn’t contain a copy of images.

    The problem: the wp super cache ignore the image if it is not on the local SLAVE server although its path on the CDN is working probably ..

    How to force the plugin to use the CDN path even it is not one the server?
