Always showing, close does not help

    Hello,
    all of the sudden plugin does not work as it should.
    Cache and minifying is deactivated.
    Other plugins which set cookies work.
    Tested on chrome and IExplorer
    Cookie: dgb_scrollbox-5030 value is set to
    30 (Once per month)
    92 (every 3 months)
    which is OK I guess.
    But the values make no differences. The Popup is always shown even when user closes it the very next page opened
    I can give you a link because I have to deactivate this now. It’s a very annoying behaviour.
    Please help.
