Some ideas:
Something in your wp-config.php?
Reinstall prelaunchr? Altered any of the files?
set up debug logging via wp-config.
Reinstall wordpress?!
Let me know when you fix, please.
Have you set up a static front page containing the prelaunchr shortcode?

Weird, that whole part is missing in my admin, but great to find that it is actually working š
So back to finding out why it doesn’t work with me…
I’ll setup a subdomain with just WP and Prelaunchr.
What version of WP are you using?

my installation is also a bare install with 1-2 plugins. nothing else, its a test center. maybe there is a problem with subdomains?
