Alternative layout for forms

    Hello, would it be possible to move away from table-based layout for the forms? Tables are not responsive on mobile devices, and it makes it difficult for end users to enter the information when you have a lot of fields in the form. We used this plugin last year and this year for a free photo contest, and I’ve just been hacking it to change the table layouts to divs with my own CSS grid layouts, but will likely be just rolling our own moving forward (we use Drupal as CMS, not WordPress). Just a suggestion for improvement.
