Altering images in a custom section

Hello 🙂 I posted this question in my plugin forum but they said this was a WordPress issue and to ask it here.

I’ve created a new page that i’ve attached to the homepage (It’s called Services). I’m unclear on how to do a couple of things and if someone could help me that would be great.

1. Not sure on how to decrease the size of the pictures as they’re a bit big (I want something similar to the ‘our categories’ section below, maybe slightly bigger)
2. I’m not sure how to link a page to a picture in a way where you just click anywhere on the picture and it will take you to that page. Right now when i add a link it adds a physical link (like a url) into the photo caption.
