Almost Imported dB; Hit a Wall

  • HI There:
I am working to upgrade my site, and using MAMP to sandbox my current site as a means to redo my site theme.

On the hosted site, I was able to migrate the database using phpMyAdmin. I then attempted to import that database using the MAMP equivalent. During the import process, I eventually get the following:

    Error
    SQL query:
    INSERT INTO wp_podpress_stats
    MySQL said: Documentation
#1064 – You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ” at line 1

20 tables out of 33 seems to have imported successfully. But the error comes at table 33, that being wp_podpress_stats.

I’m not a database expert, but I would really love to get over this hurdle so that I can proceed with the work. It’s one of those “last-mile” things, and I’m very appreciative of what the plugin has done.

I’d be also appreciative of some assistance to put this issue to bed. Thanks so much!
    Velanche
