Allow users to upload images to admin

Hi all.

I am looking for a little bit of help. I am creating a website, similar to that of remove the background but I would like to make it more streamlined and user friendly.

I am interested in using wordpress as the basis for the site and would like to know if there is a way of allowing a user to upload images from their account direct to admin for editing?

I have seen some plugins which allow me to charge users to upload images etc.. but I am thinking of offering a subscription type service charging x amount for 50 images.

Any advice on whether this can be done on wordpress would be really helpful.
